Frequently Asked Questions

Most of our animals are available on a first come, first served basis.

However, some of our animal babies are not available immediately. For those animals, you can reserve your choice with a deposit. The deposit amount may vary depending on the type of animal.

If an animal is not available as originally planned, any deposits collected for those animals will be refunded.

If a deposit is made on a buckling goat and you request to have it castrated, then the deposit on that wether becomes non-refundable.

Yes, we will castrated a buckling goat if a deposit is made. We prefer to castrate a goat at least one week before it is picked up since castration is very stressful for the goat. It is easier for the goat to heal when it is in a familiar environment, around its normal herd, and eating its normal diet.
