Website Content Overview Questions

If you have asked Butler Creek to create a website for you please take a few minutes to answer these questions as fully as you can. This information will be used by our team to help create a draft of your home page website content.

Your website should answer three questions at a minimum. 1) What do you do? 2) How do you and/or your services improve your customer's life? 3) If a prospect is interested - what should they do next? Keep these goals in mind as you provide the following information for your website.
What products or services do you want your prospective customers to buy from you?
We can encourage your website visitors to take specific actions such as filling out a form, requesting a quote or scheduling a call with you. What action would you like your website to encourage your prospects to take?
In approximately four to eight words, how would you describe what you do and how that makes your customer's life better?
What are three or four elements of success that your customer's might experience if they work with you and your organization? Please use a new line for each element of success.
Not working with you can often lead to negative consequences for your customers. Tell us what some of those negative consequences might be.
List two to six values that you or your organization deliver to your customers. Simple and short is better than long and complex.
Your prospective customers will be more likely to reach out to you if you can convince them that working with you is simple or easy. Please list three to six key steps/milestones that your customer can evaluate to see how simple it is to get started working with you and your organization.
